Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment as detailed on our home page. We do not currently accept payments other than in GBP. (Please see our 'Shipping & Handling' policy for current shipping destinations)

Your credit card details will collected during the automated purchase process. You will be redirected to the Worldpay secure site for payment authorisation and will be able to cancel or continue with your pruchase at this stage. If you chose to cancel the transaction, no payment will be taken but your details (excluding Credit Card) will be collected by us and logged as a 'cancelled order'. If you wish to proceed at this stage a receipt will be issued by Worlpay to this effect. In both instances you will be returned back to the Waterstore. Alternatively your order and payment can be taken over the phone.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Once we have processed your order we will package your goods ready for shipping. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that you receive your goods in good condition, it is important that you inspect your package(s) for damage when received and make an appropriate note on the carriers paperwork to this effect. If you are unable to check your delivery, please write 'unchecked' on the delivery note.

We do not currently ship to destinations outside of the United Kingdom.
Delivery Schedule All our goods are dispatched on a next working day schedule. If you require an alternative delivery option, please contact us prior to placing your order.

If the carrier attempts but is unable to make delivery to you, they will leave a card to indicate this. It will be your responsibilty to conatct the carrier directly to agree a mutual convienient delivery date. Some carriers may charge for re-delivery.

We are unable to deliver to an alternative address (i.e neighbour or work address) with out your written instruction. Please contact us prior to placing your order.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.0% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If within 16 days of the date of your purchase you are not happy with your goods, we will refund, replace or exchange for another product, subject to pricing adjustment without quibble. (Please see our 'Returns Policy' for more information.)

Please be aware that we will in most cases be sourcing products from companies that have a policy of continuous development and who reserve the right to change specifications without notification to ourselves.

Privacy Policy The Waterstore Ltd. do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy When returning goods to us, you must obtain written confrimation from us agreeing to the return and the reason for the return. You will liable for the costs in returning the goods to us.

Goods will only be accepted in their complete original packing and undamaged. (Please also refer to our Shipping & Handling' policy). We are unable to accept goods that have been used, other than faulty goods for return. It is therefore important to make sure you are happy with your purchase prior to using. If you are still unhappy with your purchase following it's use, please contact us. Filter cartridges, without exeception, will not be accepted for return if used.

Remittance Terms The Waterstore Limited is only able to offer credit account facilities to local authority or blue chip organisations subject to the receipt of a suitable official purchase order. Otherwise all payments must be paid at the point of purchase.
